1st day of School 2016

We all successfully made it through the first day of school.  We had a few that had a hard time sleeping last night since they were so full of excitement.

I successfully waded through all things needing parent signatures and we are on to day two!  How many more days until summer vacation????

Wake Boarding

D, J, and Lo were able to go wake boarding with some friends this morning.  They of course had a great time.

Tradition... tradition

Every year before school starts, we go to the outlet mall and buy new shoes.  We also stop for a yummy Aunti Annie's cinnamon pretzel.  :)

This is after shopping, after yummy pretzels and right before playing at the park for a bit.  :)

Pool Time--marco polo

We've been spending a lot of time at the pool this summer.  Marco Polo has become a favorite game.

Meg's birthday party--SKATE

Meg had fun skating with friends for her party today!!  She has cute friends.

Happy Birthday LO!!!!

We love our Lo!  He is such a fun person to be with.  He just started tackle football and loves it.  He will be going into the 6th grade and is looking forward to being in the same class as a friend.  He loves all things sports, friends, and activity.

We love him so much.  He is such a great part of our family.

Kings Island.....

We have enjoyed our KI passes this year.  Megann is 48" so long as she wears her 'kings island shoes', so she has been enjoying the 'bigger' rides as well.

I haven't had a video each day, but it's been fun to get more video's this summer!

Rock Climbing

Today has been a bit rainy, so to get my walk in we headed to the gym.

One of the kids favorite things is to rock climb.  Z is a bit scared of heights, so he prefers to only go half way!  ;)

Meg turns SEVEN

Wow, my baby turned 7 today.  She is such a fun caboose.  She loves to play with friends and be apart of everything everyone else is doing.  She loves to be social and play with friends.  She loves shopkins and beanie boo's.  She loves to draw and has found some you tube step by step drawing tutorials that has kept her busy!  :)

She definitely makes life fun.

Guilty Pleasure---Demolition Derby

I love the demolition derby.  It's one of those little things that not many know.  Well, now, all you know!  ;)  I was so excited to share it with my kids tonight as well as some great friends that endured the heat with us!

D and L decided tackle football was a good idea this year???  I'm still on the fence.  However,  Lo seems to be having fun.  Hope we stay healthy!  ;)

We have a little less than a month before school starts again.  This is always the time that people start to get board.  HOWEVER, today... we had marble wars.  Fun, right?

Tennis in the Evening!

Z and Meg have been taking some tennis lessons and wanted to have a tennis night with Dad.  I played a little, but ended up being better at taking video!  :)

We attended Family night at Zander's cub camp tonight.  Cub scouts skits are hilarious.  :)

Z-man is so excited to be in cub scouts.  He was even MORE excited to go to cub camp.  His little group decided to play tag before camp started!  They all look like they have LOTS of energy and LOTS of excitement!  :)

Pool Time

Today Meg passed her swim test and can now jump off the diving board, do the slide, and the rock wall.  She was pretty happy!

MAD (Music, Art, Drama) Camp Concert!

Z and M attended a bible camp.  Meg had a little concert at the end.  They had such a great time.

A movie a day!

So I won't go into a lot of detail here, but I've recently been diagnosed with Lyme disease as well as some heavy metal issues.  So my blogging has taken a back seat along with everything else that isn't of immediate importance.  I'm hoping to start seeing progress soon with treatment and am hoping for the best!

HOWEVER, I've decided to try and do a video a day the rest of this summer.  It will hopefully be fun to look back and see in years to come.  :)

J and LO did tennis camp this week.  I only got a few shots because they ended early, but you get the point.

For Spring break we headed to gatlinburg.  FUN was had by all.  ;)    We zip lined, hiked, and hit some museums/aquariums.  :)
